Wayne's responsibility for Finance uses his extensive background in accounting, insurance and real estate and he provides the board with access to an innovative and analytical approach to business decision making.  He sets high standards in his business dealings and brings those to the Regis group.  Wayne also has significant land interests in the Whitford area and is committed to a vision for the area.
 

Rob Bruce

Director
Rob's property and business experience has been gained through over 16 years of successful management and strategic acquisitions of property both rural and commercial.  In addition, Rob gained a wide range of management and human resource experience following 12 years in the NZ Police force.  Rob brings to the Regis team a strong interest in quality land development and has a keen interest in planning and design issues believing that excellent design and management will provide sound environmental outcomes from development.  Rob has been heavily involved in the vision for the Whitford area and is passionate about integrated catchment solutions for the area.
 

John Mason

Director
John's area of focus is sales.  John brings a wealth of land care, business and real estate expertise and success to Regis through his experiences as a partner in Kiwi Enterprises Ltd, running his own businesses leasing and operating motels, and as a top real estate agent for Bayleys.  John's attention to detail and quality control ensures quality output in all Regis projects.
 

Stephen Mason BA

Director
Stephen's focus is on commercial property in which he has a large amount of experience firstly as a successful sales manager for Bayleys South Auckland (Commercial) and secondly in purchasing and developing commercial property for Regis.  Stephen can design and coordinate projects for Commercial/Retail/Industrial uses and understands tenants needs and desires so he can effect successful outcomes.
 

Mark Mason LLB

Director
Mark's role is that of General Manager.  He has been practicing law since 1980 with extensive legal background in areas of property and commercial law.  During the last 25 years Mark has overseen the management of farms, legal practices and various businesses.  He brings broad business and management experience to his role as General Manager for Regis.  Mark provides direction and risk minimisation for all Regis projects.
