About Us
Regis is a niche land developing company based in Whitford in East Auckland.Our experience in this market makes us Leading Auckland developers for Countryside Living.We have been developing land here since 2002 and have been responsible for bringing over 80 sections (so far) to the market.
The driving force of Regis is to bring outstanding developments to Auckland that are of an environmental and sustainable nature. We want to view our developments in the future and be proud of what we have achieved, with the knowledge that the people who occupy them, enjoy the thoughts and planning that went into their design.
During the past 8 years we have planted over 150,000 native trees in extensive revege planting programmes that have been designed to mitigate stormwater problems for future Auckland and also to provide some of the most desirable living spaces in East Auckland.
